4. Purchases and Payment

Book generation requires payment through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the problem descriptions you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Books

The books generated for you are your personal property for your individual use. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the generated content without our prior written consent.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users and generated books) remain the property of AppDevMasters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The books generated by our AI are for informational and self-help purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological counseling. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for serious issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated content. Use of the generated content is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AppDevMasters, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
